How to survive this Dark and weird Winter :

Winter brings its beautiful snow, nostalgia and strong energy to most of kins out here. 

But it also comes with a very heavy and dark energy wave this year and we have to be prepared. 

It's playing tricks on many of us already. We don't know exactly what's up but I feel like more portals are opening

and some entities or energy that is  ,  is trying to sap our energy and is giving us a hard time. 

I'm having sensorial hallucinations along with a few other members and weird dangerous lack of fortune is happening around 

a few of us. This winter is also said to be a '' polar '' one this year in my country and the portals and north pole is not far from where I 

am on the globe. Everything is going so fast. The Earth is sad and angry and things will go sour from now on. 

Let's be realistic. Winter is never eays. Depression, anxiety, lack of sun and motivation. 

This will be hard on everyone this year, harder even than usual. 

But don't worry ! I'll be here, supporting you and being the strongest trunk you'll be able to rely on. 

I'll bring advices, tips for you to stay strong and happy and we will stay strong as a group to help and support each other emotionally.

Especially on Facebook but on here too. 

Friends, I won't let you fall down like this. 

As a group, we'll always be stronger, remember that.

Don't close yourself , don't hide in your shell. come out, shout and vent, yell and cry, 

but stand again and fight. I,ll be there when you fall on your knees .

WINTER IS A BEAUTIFUL SEASON AND WE WON'T LET THE NEGATIVITY OF THIS HUMAN WORLD EATING US UP.

Best ways to stay motivated and happy : 

1. Go outside and do exercise in the cold

2. if you lack sun, take some pills or use a solar lamp to compensate

3. if you feel like crying, just lay down and cry, then wake back up and drink water

4. tell yourself you will fight this and be strong .

5. take a nap 

6. think about us and get back on your feet

I have some tips to share.

Music calms the soul and truly helps during tough times. Arts and crafts or simply writing your thoughts down helps you express how you feel and unloads your stress. Although it may not seem much, its can make a huge impact.

Huddle up in warmth, take it easy. If something awful has happened and you feel like you've hit rock bottom, remember what you've gone through, look back to all the progress you've made. You are all beautiful and strong creatures! Love yourself for who you are and acknowledge your progress. It's okay if you've slipped up, we all do. Just slowly take in the problem, find the solution and spring back up.

Tbh, I feel comforted by the winter. Sure, it's harsher than usual, but that's the way of things isn't it? I choose to connect with the coming of the frost, the ice that tests the fortitude of the living. Its power is something to admire. Even down where I am, almost in the tropics, we'll only get a dusting of snow, but if this winter is anything like the last hard one we'll still get wrecked by unusual lows. But it forces change, weeds out the ones that cannot endure the coming times. It's good to roll with what comes at you rather than let it put you under, y'know?
