Yes , they do, we don't live in a fairy tale. Wolves see dogs as potential competitors for food. 
In the nature, wolves kill canid intruders entering their territory or chase them until they're out of reach. 
So, if you live near wolves, never bring your dog on their territory and if you HAVE to cross it for some
survival reason, make sure its leashed and keep it close.
