Meditation
Meditation is when you relax the body and sometimes your mind. It depends on what you want to achieve . In terms of therianthropy you can change your mindset and your body. It is essentually a tool to help you learn skills of the mind to accomplish what you desire.
Techniques
Relaxation: Tense all of your musceles of your body. Then, wait for your muscels to vibrate from all the tension in your body, when you can't hold thetension any longer let go of the hold on your musceles. repeat until you are as limp as limp has the capibility of bieng. from then on it requires a goal.
