Interests: Animals, art, video games, techno/glithhop/dubstep/etc music, cat toys, ... Memory improvement tricks if you have any, crystals, making costume pieces

Intentions: Meet Therians and Otherkin, and I'd like to learn how to control my gifts.

What do you know about paranormal and shifting?: I can hear and feel spirits with my permanent cat ears and tail, every once in awhile I can see the ethereal plain, my presence makes it hard for people to lie, I perform energy healing on contact, and I enchant any crystal or metal I touch. I have no control over any of this, and would like to learn how to control it.
I'm also technically a spirit totem, but the full cat form I use for this is as awkward as my human body.

Experienced shifter or newbie?: I actually can't shift. My spirit is locked in the halfway form in my own body and dreamscape, and full cat in the minds of others. The only time I feel like myself is when lucid dreaming, as I can enjoy my half cat spiritual form as if it were physical.

A spirit totem is an animal spirit that will come to people, often in their dreams, and give them advice, guidance, etc. While I earned the right to act as a totem, my spirit is only half cat and non-shifting, so I'm forced into an alternate form while acting as a totem. This full cat form is as awkward for me to move around in as my physical body, but for entirely different reasons. My role as a totem is the only way I'm permitted to enter the minds of others.

When you say permanent cat ears and tail, are you saying that those limbs are physical? Or are they along the lines of phantom limbs?

Phantom limbs, though my tail is dexterous enough and has a strong enough influence on the physical plain to move the weight inside a backpack to improve my balance. (No, I don't know how that works)
