The Hum ( Conspiracy Theory )

I keep hearing this sound when I go to bed or even when i'm alone late in the evening.
This redundant sound like if a truck was parked and still powered on but standing idly for hours.
Only heck : there is no truck outside, nor cars nor causes for that annoying noise I hear. So I
went to look for answers and I found this instead LOL :
