First you should see if you have a more canine, feline, avian, and so on habits. you need to distinguish the difference between human and your feral. To tell the difference think to yourself how would you react to different situations. Think is this my human part of my brain or is this my animalistic tendencies.

You have to think about what makes you you. Do you feel more comfortable with paws, hooves, or talons or something else? Basically what would feel like your feet. Then you move up to your legs and so on and so forth.

Try to match up what you see in your mind’s eye on who and what you look like too different animals that match up to what you are. You most likely won’t find a perfect match.

i've been confused over my kintype lately, i know i'm a starseed & everything, but even when i wasn't spiritual, without trying, i'd get a phantom shift of the very base of wings, mainly like..the main bone, that connects? xD; i still get it, i've had it for yeaars...

but i also, again without really trying, will feel like running on all 4s, ph-shifts of ears, tail (slightly), paws, etc.. none of them really stretch far out from my body, though, only the base really...

I've been trying to match up what kind of animalistic behaviors i have and matching them up to canine/feline/avian/etc, but the other tips are very helpful as well, thank you! :D <33
