To be able to find your inner spirit wolf using my method you must be able at least able to m-shift for at least 5-10 mins. Make sure you are alone for this time and where no one can see or hear you because you might shift during this. Make sure your in a relaxing position. Ok now lets start close your eyes and m-shift into a mental state of mind where your in your "happy place" it might be a forest or a waterfall ect. focus on just the place untill your stable then start to imagine a copy of your self then once stable again try to make it shift into a wolf. This is where most people eather faint or wake up so keep focused. If it does shift try to remember exactly what it looks like down to every detail. Focus on the wolf completely now. By now the place you first tought of has probly gone away this is normal. now the realy hard part try to give the wolf part of your energy yes your energy imagine an orb of your energy float over into the wolf, it that worked the wolf should open its eyes if it does ask it its name if it answers you shold snap out of the state and there you have it now just think of that wolf when you try to shift and also you should be able to talk to you wolf be repeating the prosess.
