Well I know this was claimed to be fake and there was no body found or something like that but the documentary makes sense to me and I think it's worth a look.

I believe there are many species of mermaid. The ocean covers more than 7 0 % of the earth and we barely discovered 10 % of it and mostly its surface so. The number of undiscovered creatures there must be awfully big. Sooo much possibilites !
