What do you know about paranormal and shifting ? *
I have no idea how I should answer this question in regards to things paranormal. I believe in the paranormal and have experienced it on multiple occasions. But I have difficulty explaining myself further as I don't know what you would define as 'paranormal'.

As for shifting. In the simplest of terms its bringing your soul, it's behaviors and it's form, forward from inside of your human being. Things like mental shifts, are behavioral, where as a phantom or physical are the latter. Each of these shifts look and feel different depending on the person's soul, or kin/theriotype. But, hey, that's just my point of view.

Experienced shifter or newbie ?* I'm experienced. I've been shifting off and on for a good four years now. I personally believe in physical shifting, but as of yet, I have not shifted into my kintypes form. I'm hoping to accomplish this within the year.

So that's me, I guess. Any questions?

Nekoman, I can't promise to tell everyone when I physically shift, but there are a few people who will be informed (you know who you are).

But I might start posting some meditation techniques that I use for physical shifting. Silver asked me too awhile back but I basically made an excuse to say no.
