I used to have a book on why that answered odd questions like this and used to believe what they said was true...I came to realize that when people thought something was true for one reason it was false and shows humans may turn to say something is something without actually knowing what it is they have decided...that bothers me greatly...like I read that book to learn facts not something human beings claimed to be facts when its just their thoughts they agree on without it being true.
People only know and get so much...I understand what they say about sleep has research behind it and I can find the facts through that but not everything they have thought and seem to think is true actually is...
I can say for one...nightmares don't come from one source. People don't have nightmares to learn things...but for some I'm sure they can...it isn't always from trauma...sometimes nightmares can be created against your own beliefs and even your own knowledge by evil entities in the same room as you.

Twas just an idea. Originally people would join these packs and such asking how to be turned into a wolf/vampire and such, I was apart of that time. Now the wannabes have grown up and given up which is killing a lot of supernatural websites, Amino’s, Kik packs and plenty more.
