Daimin's method for people who can't meditate

Meditating is not easy.but once you got it it's not hard either. So to get there you can try this method and see if it works. The first thing you need to do is to find the thing you do the most in the day. It Can be studying or reading or watching the tv. You picked one? Good! Now you have to do this thing you do the most with attention. Example: reading. Feel the cover trough touch. Touch the page and see how it feels. Hear the sound of the page and cover flip. See your hand with the book. See the color of the page.the color of the text. What is the starting page's first word. How many paragraphs are there. How do you feel when you read it. How fast is your heartbeat when you read it? This is a example. If you have problem choosing to have your attention at, i will try to help.you can write the activity in the coments.k? I was making a commentary on the little poem thing at the end. It's entirely relevant, in a completely irrelevant way. (Ok, that sentence was making fun of myself)

On a more relevant note: It's fully possible to m-shift without meditation, and for cats it makes meditation much easier. My mind is always in such a state, and man is meditation easy for me. I can literally slip into meditation in five seconds.
