Everyday Meditation Exercise
Everyday Meditation Exercise
This is the method in details. The short version is below this one. You should do it everyday to practice or a few timesa week. It should last 20 to 30 min to be effective on each time.
Lay down on a couch and close your eyes. You will start to over think. Let it flow. Notice that after a while, you will think less and less and your mind will slow down on its own. If you are still over thinking and that even with efforts to relax and think of nothing, it doesn’t work, try it later in the day.
Tell yourself there is nothing to worry about, that you have all the time you want and that nothing RIGHT NOW is making you stressing or is urgent. You are justthere, layed down and nothing can reach you at that precise moment. No one,nothing. That helps to relax. Close the lights cause being in the dark helps tonot focus on your environnement wile mediating. In the complete obscurity, you can even keep your eyes open and imagine what makes you happy easier.
Itis said that being in darkness, away of potential disturbing or danger is the best way to make you feel secure and then, relax.
Now that you are alone, in a comfortable position ( I said layed down but you can be sitted in a sofa, etc. whatever makes you feel comfy ), try to feel your muscles. Each little stress will be felt in your muscles and organs.
Detect ALL the little stress and tensions all over your body. Once done, try to relax it with your mind, into taking deep breath and stay mollow, don’t tense up
your muscles while doing it. Stay as immobile as if you were stocked in cement.
The next step is simple, but not that easy and takes time to masterize : RELAX ASMUCH AS YOU CAN AND BE RELAX EVEN MORE AND MORE AND MORE.
I tried this and almost blacked out. So yeah, it works. But it takes time to reach my state.
Alittle tip, I used videos on youtube that makes you enter into a relaxing trance.I will put them at the end of the article so you can try it right after readingthe text.

Method step by step
1. Turn off the lights.
2. Be in a comfortable position, enoughcomfortable to relax as much as you can.
3. Close eyes.
4. Take some deep breaths.
5. Let your brain overt think, it willeventually slow down as you breath.
6. If your thoughts are still slowingtoo fast, try to clear your mind.
7. Once ready, try the video on self hypnosisbelow or try your own method.
If you block here and cannotclear your mind almost completely, try it later. You may have a source ofstress and must clear the problem first. If everything goes right, continue tothe next step.
8. Detect all your muscles tensions andstressed organs.
9. Try to relax it with your mind whilebreathing slowly.
10. If it doesn’t work, try to manuallymassage it.
11. Once completely untensed up, try torelax as much as you can. Think of your muscles one by one, trying to relaxthem all the more you can.
12. Relax your spirit once the musclesare done and that you feel jelly.
13. RELAX EVEN MORE AND EVEN MORE.
14. If you are ok and not too tired,begin the m-shift. If not, do it once you masterize the relaxation session.
Conclusion
Being relaxed in life is something reallyimportant. Every living creature on earth is more happy when relaxed and rarelyshows mental health problems. It is important to relax because it helps toavoid stress, panic and other negative emotions. When someone stresses, itspreads negative energy and toxins through the whole body. So it could be niceif everyone could be relax. No tense up, no conflicts neither fights. I’m surethat if people around were al relax, the world would be a bit better.
For therians, you must know that relaxing is crucial for shifting. If you attempt p-shifting while not relaxed, you will put your body in danger of suffering ( headaches, fever and no results ). Just to say.
