Kiska's eye Method [ from Razgriz 1 ]

Ok before begining shut off al sounds unless soundscapes or just your music best with a headset, i find i do better istening to music during an eye shift. and hey you yeah you stop texting this will only take an hour or less if it works for you

 

1. cross legs and clasp hands and close eyes

 

2. stop texting!

 

3. relax deeply, do not picture any thoughts, clear all images

 

4. now picture your wolf, what does it look like? picture the

face then look deep into your wolf's eyes

 

5. picture you are looking into a mirror (and even if you want you can have a mirror in front of you but keep eyes closed)

 

6. picture your wolf self looking back at you through the mirror

 

7. look deeply into his/hers eyes

 

8. picture your wolf's face changing into yours but the eyes stay the same

 

9. now look at yourself in the mirror with your wolf eyes (you might feel some pain but it will go away)

 

10. keep looking at yourself with your wolf eyes

 

11. if you are listening to music mouth the words and picture yourself doing so in your mirror two

 

this worked for me, if you try it lemme know how it works out, always remember it might not work the first time though it did for me, it took me fourty minutes and my eyes already went from blue to bright green, my eyes are honey
