Interests : Writting,Manga, bicycle and drawing. I do love poetry a lot !

As for shifting, it's a change in state from human to animal (for example, a mental shift would be a change from a more human state of mind to more animal, and vice versa.) There are various types of shifting, and different ways of achieving shifts.
